Join the Friendship Committee of West Penn Hospital for our 4th Annual Bingo & Bags Fundraising Event. 

An afternoon of friendship, fun, prizes and community support, all for a great cause!

Bingo, bags and big wins! Play for designer purses, accessories and/or cash, enter to win stunning raffle baskets, try your luck in the 50/50 raffle, browse and bid on the Gently Loved Purse Boutique. Your ticket includes a catered lunch and 10 bingo games with three cards per game. All proceeds benefit AHN West Penn Hospital’s patients, families, visitors and those who care for them.

Table Sponsorships Available
All orders must be for a group of 10 (including the sponsor)
10 seats / 10 participants of any age = $450

By accepting the role of Table Sponsor, I agree to:

  • 📝 Secure patrons for my table of 10, collect payment for each ticket and submit one payment for all 10 tickets. Only prepaid orders will be accepted at my table.
  • ❌ No reservations can be added on the day of the event.
  • 🎁 Provide a minimum $50 gift basket for the Basket Raffle and all basket items must be submitted NO LATER than March 25 to ensure eligibility for the exclusive Table Sponsor Bingo. Contents of basket, along with the value, must accompany all basket items upon submission.
  • 🎉 Reserve my table and decorate with favors, appetizers or trinkets if desired.
  • 🌟 Be recognized in the Bingo & Bags program.
  • 🎲 Participate in a "Special bingo" exclusively for Table Sponsors.
